Keypad now sends keycodes, with shift bits for * and #

This adds a HID keyboard to the joystick. Switching to keyboard
mode allows the keypad to send numeric characters to the computer.

This will be handy to ATC commands
- '*' to bring up ATC window
- Numbers 0-9 to send radio commands
- '*' to close ATC window
- '#' - Unassigned
